These Terms govern access to and use of checkmysocial.me (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

checkmysocial.me provides public creator profile pages, links to third-party destinations, profile editing tools, and basic performance analytics. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service evolves.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Some linked content is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. Do not confirm the age screen or access age-restricted destinations if you do not meet that requirement.

3. Creator accounts

Creators are responsible for safeguarding their dashboard password and for activity performed through their account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. You must provide accurate profile information and keep links and content settings current.

4. Creator content and permissions

Creators retain ownership of the images, text, names, and links they upload or submit. By adding content to the Service, a creator grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the relevant profile and the Service.

A creator may upload content only if they own it or have all permissions needed to use it. Creators are responsible for obtaining consent from every identifiable person shown in uploaded media and for complying with applicable publicity, privacy, copyright, and platform rules.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• publish or link to unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation, trafficking, threats, or harassment;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership, affiliation, age, or permissions;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• distribute malware, phishing, fraud, spam, or deceptive links;
• attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with the Service, scrape it abusively, or test its security without written permission; or
• use analytics to identify, track, or discriminate against individual visitors.

6. Third-party services

Profiles may link to social networks, subscription services, and other external websites. Those destinations are independent from us. We do not control their availability, content, purchases, privacy practices, or terms, and a link does not mean we endorse the destination. Your use of a third-party service is between you and that provider.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's software, layout, branding, and other materials provided by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal use of the Service, these Terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute them.

8. Enforcement and account action

We may remove content, disable links, restrict access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address suspected violations, security risks, legal requests, or harm to users or the Service. Where appropriate, creators may contact us to request a review.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular analytics results, accuracy of third-party content, or that external links will remain safe or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Service, creator content, or third-party destinations. Any mandatory liability that cannot be limited remains unaffected.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when the Service is used.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The current version and update date will be posted here. These Terms apply together with mandatory laws and consumer protections in your place of residence. Any dispute must be brought in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
